Supplier Registration
All suppliers, current or potential, must register within our database by completing the online registration form. To complete the form, you should have available some or all of the following information for reference. The form should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
- Basic Company Information
- NAICS Code(s)
- Federal Tax ID or EIN
- Cephalon Contact Information and/or Provided Invitation Code (if available)
- Banking Payment information (if necessary)

Suppliers must keep all contact and certification information up-to-date in the database. Once your registration is acknowledged, you will receive a password via email, which will allow you to log into the database to make updates for possible inclusion in Cephalon Sourcing Events. If additional information is needed you will be contacted by email.
Note for suppliers: Registration to our database is intended to be used only by suppliers seeking to do business with Cephalon. Registration does not imply a contract, or intent to purchase by Cephalon. All suppliers are encouraged to read the Cephalon Terms and Conditions Form and the Cephalon Shipping Guidelines before registering. In addition, note that service providers will be required to enter into a services agreement with Cephalon.
